Welcome to my psychology practice!
I offer online and in-person services in Italian and English in Milan and New York.
I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with an integrated approach who believes in the power of cross-cultural understanding and in psychological support as a means of personal transformation.
I have lived between Italy and America for 10 years, and this has allowed me to extend my training and practice beyond geographic borders to welcome the diversity of human experience.
I approach psychological issues with a magnifying glass that captures the unique nuances of each individual, providing tools and support to help them overcome obstacles, face change, and realize their full emotional and psychological potential.
I use an integrated approach, combining tools from cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
I work to create a path that responds to your specific needs, with goals agreed over a limited number of sessions.
As a clinician my priority is to create an experience where you can feel connected rather than alone, guided rather than lost, welcomed in your uniqueness and not judged.
